What To Expect From Us

Our puppies are raised indoors. They start off in a bedroom where Jennifer sleeps with them and can keep a close eye on both mom and puppies. At about five weeks of age the puppies move into their own little puppy apartment which has a play area, sleeping area, TV and access to an outside yard when supervised. At that time they begin to be exposed to the adult dogs, visitors, sounds, objects and anything that helps them to become well adjusted puppies before leaving our home.

Once you have filled out a puppy questionnaire, you will be added to an e-mail update list. You will receive e-mails updating you on our accomplishments, upcoming litters and other news. This is a good time to call as well and ask any questions you have regarding the breed, our dogs, or anything else. When you see a litter announcement you are interested in, reply to that e-mail stating you are interested. At that point we will have a phone conversation so we can get a better idea of what you are looking for in a Boerboel and what your family needs are.  Once a litter is born, we post videos and pictures so you can watch them grow and develop.

Your puppy will come with:

  • Tail Docked
  • International Micro-chip
  • Examined by my Vet
  • Mercury free Distemper/Parvo Vaccine Provided
  • Health Guarantee / Contract
  • Puppy Aptitude Test / Prey-Play Drive Assessment
  • SABBS birth certificate & pedigree- AKC Reg available
  • Puppy Pack ~ Puppy culture exercise book, cuddle pal, anti-vaccinosis, ect
  • Help in advance of puppy coming home to prepare for continuing the RAW diet and other necessities
  • A life time of support and access to our private puppy page on FB to network with all our puppy owners

Deposits

Our main focus in puppy placement is matching the correct temperament with each family. Since it is not possible to do this before the puppy is six weeks of age, we do not accept deposits. A list of those interested in the litter is developed. Those that have been waiting the longest for a puppy have the first opportunity to be matched, and we move down the list. Some families are easier to match than others, therefore someone at the top of the list may decide to wait for a better match in a different litter. We do typically pull one or two puppies out of a large litter to keep for ourselves or to place in a home of our choosing for our breeding use later.

Shipping

While we do not ship puppies in cargo, they are able to fly in cabin as carry up to about 25 lbs. This fits right in the range of them being 8-9 weeks old. Our nearest airport is Spokane, Washington which is 2 hours from our home. You are most welcome to make a trip out of it and come meet our pack. We have a great little hotel with a full breakfast just down the road if you make it an overnight trip. If you are unable to make it to us, we offer Pet Nanny services. Fees are based on total trip time. We will either fly or drive a puppy to you.
